The hostel was impeccably clean and secure, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The shared bathrooms were top-notch, with plenty of showers, toilets, and even hair straighteners. The big shared kitchen had all the facilities I needed, and the rooms were modern and secure with locks. Being right next to the sky tower was a major plus!
While the beds weren't the most comfortable, they were perfectly fine for a couple of nights. The only other downside was that the kitchen could get a bit crowded and dirty, but that was more due to other guests not following shared kitchen rules.

The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable and modern. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and the harbor, and the staff at Lylo were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast experience could be improved with more vegetable options, such as salads.

Conveniently close to the InterCity bus terminal. Cleanliness and tidiness of the bathrooms. Comfortable and private sleeping pods. Presence of outlets, reading lights, and quiet vents in the pods
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially if you're traveling by bus. It's conveniently close to the sky city InterCity bus terminal, making it easy to get around the city. the rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.
The kitchen facilities could be cleaner due to other guests not cleaning up after themselves.

The sleeping pods were a great feature, offering privacy and individual space as well as comfort. the communal areas were well-equipped, including a clean and tidy kitchen, and plenty of spaces to relax and chat with other guests. the location was central and convenient for sightseeing, and the attached bar/restaurant offered a great range of tasty food.
Although the bathrooms were generally clean and well-maintained, they could have been checked more frequently throughout the day, particularly during busy periods. Some of the shared toilets and showers could have offered more privacy, and it would be good to see this addressed in future.

Fantastic kitchen and great WiFi connection. Lovely bathrooms with a beautiful interior design. - Attached to a bar, making it easy to meet other hostel-goers. - Located near a Subway for more food options.
Music in the corridors was too loud at times. Sanitary bins in the bathrooms were overflowing.

Great vibes, friendly people, and a clean and inviting kitchen. the communal spaces were cosy and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the singles party on Valentine's night. the room was functional and clean, with a comfortable mattress and toiletries provided.
The price for a small double room with no window was steep, especially considering the early check-out time. the toiletries provided were just bottles left for people to take into the shower, which could be inconvenient if the showers were busy.

Great facilities and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The communal spaces are plentiful, including a well-equipped kitchen and cozy hangouts perfect for some socializing. , the pods offer a private sanctuary for a good night's sleep without disturbance.
The cleaning schedule leaves something to be desired, especially in the communal bathrooms, which can lead to a less than appealing early morning routine. some staff members could be more approachable, and there are a few personal hygiene issues from other guests that could lead to unclean kitchen facilities.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or issues that came up during our stay. The rooms were nice and quiet, providing a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city and nearby attractions.
One major drawback of the hotel was the lack of proper lighting in the rooms. There were no bedside lamps, making it difficult to read or work in bed without straining our eyes.
